Terms & Conditions

Seller Logoku is subject to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions written below. Sellers are advised to read carefully because it can have an impact on the rights and obligations of the User legally. By registering and/or using the Logoku Application and Web Portal, the Seller is deemed to have read, understood, understood and agreed to all contents in these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are a form of agreement as outlined in a valid agreement between the User and Logoku. If the Seller does not agree to one, part, or all of the contents of the Terms and Conditions, the Seller is not allowed to use the Logoku Application and Web Portal services.

GENERAL

Logoku is engaged as a service provider for ordering and selling designs in the field of applications and web portals with the trademark “Logoku”.
Logoku Application means a software application under the name and trademark 'Logoku' based on Android or iOS.
Logoku web portal is the www.logoku.com site and all Logoku derivative sites, including but not limited to the mkt.Logoku site which can be accessed via the desktop site and mobile web.
Users are individuals and/or companies, both Buyers and Sellers, who use the Logoku Application and Web Portal services for buying and selling transactions.
Seller is a User who acts as a registered Seller who opens a store and/or makes an offer for a Product to Logoku Users.
Buyer is a registered User, both private and corporate, who makes purchases through the Logoku Application and Web Portal.
Products are original designs produced, distributed and/or owned by Logoku Sellers.
LOG Wallet is one of the features contained in Logoku where all Transaction payments will be recorded in it and Merchants can withdraw funds from their balance.
Balance is the total balance in the LOG Wallet. The balance entered into the LOG Wallet is the total balance that has been deducted by Sales Commission and other costs (if any).
Transactions are activities for ordering and paying for Products ordered through Logoku and/or activities for purchasing and paying for Products from Sellers carried out by Customers and processed through Logoku.
Intellectual Property Rights are:
1. patents, trademarks, copyrights (including rights in software), trade names, internet domain names, topography, design rights, moral rights, rights in databases, trade secrets and other confidential information, knowledge (know-how) and other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, and including those under application for registration, and all other rights or forms of protection having a similar effect anywhere in the world;
2. rights based on licenses, approvals, orders, laws and regulations or based on anything in connection with point (1) above;
3. rights that have the same or similar effect or origin as points (1) and (2) which may now or in the future arise; and
4. the right to prosecute pre-existing violations of the above-mentioned rights.
Service Fees are fees that Logoku charges against Sellers including but not limited to Sales Commission, service fees and other fees totaling 20% of the total value of product sales and 15% for the Reviewers.
Terms and Conditions are the Logoku Seller Terms and Conditions in the Attachment - Terms and Conditions or other terms and conditions imposed by Logoku as well as the terms and conditions for the use of the Application and Web Portal as well as features in the Application and Web Portal (as applicable and including but not limited to to any terms and conditions imposed by Logoku in connection with the Seller's use of the Application and Web Portal).

Mandatory Response and Sale Terms

ACTIVE MODE (default)

Within the first 24 hours after purchase, the designer is required to confirm/respond via email or mobile phone (call/sms/WhatsApp) or through social media inbox (Messenger, Instagram DM, etc.). In case of no response, the logo will be recreated the following day, and the designer will receive 30% of the sale
If the designer has responded to Logoku within the first 24 hours, the next actions must be taken within the next 2x24 hours. These actions include ensuring there are no specific requests from the buyer for the logo, preparing the source files, and other related tasks. If these actions are not taken, Logoku will recreate the logo and the designer will receive 30% of the sale

PASSIVE MODE (an option)

Passive Mode: If an account is selected for passive mode, designers are required to upload the source file in SVG format on the product page, and will receive 70% of the sale
