Return Policy for Logo Purchases:

Thank you for choosing our service for your logo needs.

Below is our return policy:

• Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• To initiate a return, please submit a request within a 7-day timeframe. If no return request is made within this period, returns will not be accepted.
• Once the "confirm project complete" button is pressed and access to the source files is granted for download, returns cannot be processed.
• Refunds provided are full without deduction from Logoku. Refund funds will be returned through the payment gateway used at the time of purchase.
